A few things to update everyone on:
SUMMER CAMPS - Notices have been up in the gym now for a few weeks, please see the flyer below
NOTICEBOARD - Please keep checking the 'New Information' section of the noticeboard in the club - as this is one of our main methods of communication.
FACEBOOK - MEMBERS ONLY PAGE - The club uses this as a way of communicating with its members -
PAYMENTS - Please note that May payments were due on the 1st May - letters will be going out this week to all non payers who will be required to pay ASAP, also if you pay by Standing order can you ensure that you use your childs full name as the reference as we have over 300 members and it makes tracking the payments easier.
TESCO/SAINSBURY VOUCHERS - The club is collecting both of these please use the box provided in the entrance area - Please hand in the Sainsburgh Vouchers by Friday 18th May!!
CAR PARKING - Balwearie is a pick up and drop off club, please use the spaces provided in front of the Balwearie Building

The club is going to hold another open registration day at the new unit this Sunday between 12 and 2 a £10 registration fee will be required to secure the child's place - I would appreciate if you could pass this information on to everyone!! We have lots of spaces available in classes form Babies upto 10+years

A Massive Thank you everyone who signed Balwearie Gymnastics Petition - The Clubs appeal was granted on Monday so they are now moving to new premises after the Easter Holidays-
There is now LOTS of spaces available for all ages ranging from babies right up to 12+ classes on various days/times throughout the week.
The club are holding an open registration day at the new unit this Sunday between 12 and 2 a £10 registration fee will be required to secure the child's place - I would appreciate if you could pass this information on to everyone!!

Amazing News - Balwearie Gymnastics is moving!! Our planning appeal was granted yesterday! Its now full steam ahead as we would like to move during the Easter holidays to reduce the disruption to classes. Our new home will be a new unit in Mitchelston industrial estate.
Please bear with us during this time as there is lots to organise - we will contact you as soon as we have finalised the class schedule to advise you of your child's class options.
If you feel that you can help us in anyway during this time please do not hesitate to get in contact - our main priorities at the moment are - looking to register the club as a community amateur sports club (CASC) - to apply for rates relief and also to get our rental contract looked over by a lawyer, so if anyone can help that would be much appreciated!
We would like to say a huge thank you to one of our parents Karen Adam and her company Adam + McPhail chartered architects for all their hard work and effort in this long process as without them this move would not be happening!
